In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you about the processing of your personal data.
Through the contact form we process the data you provide: company, contact person, department, email, telephone, Skype Id and the content of your enquiry. In addition, as proof of consent and for the security of the form, we record the date and time of submission, the language, the IP address and the browser used.
Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory; if they are not provided we will not be able to handle your request. Please do not include special categories of data.

No automated decisions or profiling with legal effects are carried out.
Data will be kept for as long as the business relationship is maintained or, failing that, for a maximum of 2 years from the last contact, and thereafter for the applicable statutory limitation periods. Data processed for commercial communications will be kept until you withdraw your consent. Technical security logs of the form are kept in pseudonymised form and deleted periodically.
Data will not be transferred to third parties, unless legally required. The web hosting and email providers of mediaSmartWare may have access to the data as processors, under a contract compliant with art. 28 GDPR.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Ltd. will process browsing data; Google may carry out international transfers to the USA covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing, by sending an email to sales@mediasmartware.com or a letter to C/ Suero de Quiñones 38, 1ª, 28002 Madrid, España, stating the right you wish to exercise.
If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
mediaSmartWare applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data and to prevent their alteration, loss or unauthorised access.
We may update this policy to adapt it to legislative or service changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
